Returns
Distance-sale returns are governed by Article 26.1 of the Russian Law on Consumer Protection. A customer may cancel an order at any time before transfer of the goods, and after transfer may return the goods within 7 days.
Return timing
Before the goods are transferred, the customer may cancel the order at any time.
After transfer, goods of proper quality may be returned within 7 days.
If written information about return procedure and timing is not provided at transfer, the return period may extend to 3 months from the transfer date.
Conditions for returning goods of proper quality
The item must keep its marketable condition, consumer properties, original tags, and packaging.
A proof of purchase is preferable, but the absence of a receipt does not by itself deprive the customer of the right to rely on other proof of purchase from the seller.
Goods made to the customer’s individual specifications are not returnable if they can be used exclusively by that customer.
How to request a return
Send a request to info@dh22.ru or call +7 (995) 153 06 33, specifying the order number, the items being returned, and the reason for the request.
After the manager confirms the return, the customer receives further instructions for sending the goods back to the seller.
Funds are returned using the same payment method that was used for the original order unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
- Return shipping costs for goods of proper quality are usually borne by the customer.
- For defective goods, shipping and expense compensation are handled in accordance with applicable law.
- Refund timing is counted from the moment the seller receives both the request and the returned goods.
