Delivery & Payment
Before confirming the order, the customer sees the item price, shipping price, available payment methods, and the fulfilment flow. All terms are published on the website and remain visible in the cart and on the checkout page.
How to place an order
Choose an item in the catalog, add it to the cart, and move to checkout.
At checkout the customer enters full name, phone number, shipping address, delivery method, and payment method.
After the form is submitted, the system assigns an order identifier and shows the confirmation screen. If an email address is provided, the confirmation is also sent by email.
Payment
Payment is made online in a cashless form after the order is confirmed.
Available payment methods: bank card and SBP.
The final order amount, including shipping, is shown before the confirmation button is pressed.
Delivery
Courier delivery is available for addresses in Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
CDEK delivery is available to pickup points.
Shipping cost is displayed on the checkout page and included in the final amount before payment.
- Courier: 500 RUB.
- CDEK to pickup point: 300 RUB.
- If a specific order requires separate shipping confirmation, the manager contacts the customer after the order is received through the website.
