This information constitutes the seller’s public offer to enter into a retail sale agreement for goods sold by distance sale through the DH22 online store.

The DH22 online store publishes offers for distance sale of goods on dh22.ru.
By placing an order on the website, the customer confirms that they have read the sale terms, payment, delivery, returns, and personal-data processing rules.
2. Order placement and confirmation
The customer creates the order through the catalog, cart, and checkout form.
Before submitting the order, the customer sees the cart composition, final price, shipping cost, and selected payment method.
After the form is submitted, the confirmation screen displays the order number. This number is the seller’s internal order identifier.
3. Price, payment, and delivery
Item prices are shown in Russian rubles.
Payment is made on the website in a cashless form using the available methods: bank card or SBP.
Delivery methods, timing, and pricing are published on the Delivery & Payment page and shown again on the checkout page before the order is confirmed.
4. Returns and claims
The return procedure is published on the Returns page and applies to orders placed by distance sale.
